Refund Policy

1. How boosts work

A boost adds temporary ranking points to one candidate. Points start after the payment is confirmed and fade to zero over the package duration (24, 48 or 72 hours). A boost raises visibility only; it does not guarantee a rank, contact or job outcome. See the Terms of Service for details.

2. When you can get a full refund

Email us within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full if:

• the boost was never applied to the candidate (for example, because of a technical problem on our side);
• you were charged more than once for the same purchase;
• the purchase was made without your authorisation; or
• the boosted profile was removed by us before the boost started.

3. When refunds are not available

Because a boost is delivered immediately and its value is used up over its duration, a boost that was applied as purchased is generally non-refundable, including when:

• the expected rank or outcome was not reached;
• the candidate later hid their profile or became unavailable;
• the boost has already partly or fully decayed; or
• the profile was removed for breaching our Terms.

If you live in the EU, UK or another place with a statutory withdrawal right for digital content, you acknowledge when purchasing that the boost starts immediately and that the withdrawal right ends once it has started, as permitted by that law. Where the law gives you a refund right that this policy does not, the law applies.

4. How to request a refund

Email [contact email] with the payment ID from your Dodo Payments receipt, the candidate you boosted and the reason for your request. We aim to reply within 5 business days.

Approved refunds are issued by Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record, to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, they usually arrive within 5–10 business days.

5. What happens to a refunded boost

A fully refunded boost is removed from the ranking immediately. Partial refunds are reviewed individually and do not automatically change the boost.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank — it is usually faster. We may suspend accounts involved in abusive or fraudulent chargebacks.
